- No more writing out a check each month to pay your utility bill.
- Enroll in AUTOPAY using electronic check or credit card payments so you won't have to remember to pay your bills each month. The AUTOPAY/electronic check option does not have a transaction fee. Credit Card fees will apply: 2.49% plus $1.00 per transaction with a minimum of $2.00. AUTOPAY will occur on the due date of the utility bill.

Iowa Interactive is a pay any time online that allows you to pay with an Electronic check or Credit Card. Transaction fees and merchant processing fees will apply.
- Electronic check fee: $1.50
- Credit Card fee: $1.50 transaction fee (credit card or debit card) plus an additional 2.35% merchant processing fee for Credit or Debit card.
